A close-knit dynamic private company led by Mick Phipps, we are a close team of trusted professionals who share the same business ethos.

Each professional has a long and proven track record in the property industry of successful delivery over many years.

We have access to private equity & bank funding for appropriate property & land development & investment.
Our Philosophy

Our History

The business started out by focusing on finding development partners and site finding for key contacts. The latter was a means to driving income to provide funds for development projects.

The first development turned out to be a profitable onward sale of employment land to special interest purchasers, carried out in partnership with Howtin Investments Ltd who provided the funding.

We were engaged by a number of pub and restaurant business’ to help with the roll out programmes for expansion and were very successful in delivering large numbers of key sites.

Further development became possible and PHLD has successfully completed a number of retail schemes, together with partners where PHLD added value by obtaining relevant planning permission.

Further site finding and roll out instructions have followed and both this aspect and development continues to provide success for the business and clients.
